1. 165 E. 2nd Street – ONC Investments, LLC – Construct new duplex per plans attached.
NEW APPLICATIONS:
1. 129 E. 2nd Street – Replace windows on the second floor facing 2nd Street. Replace rotten sill with pressure treated lumber.
2. 122-124 Delaware Street – Install Solar panels.
3. 106 E. 2nd Street – Remove 70ft of existing retaining wall and replace with stacked blocks.
4. 145 E. 2nd Street – Install 2 wood Marvin Windows in second floor back.
5. 414 Delaware Street – Replace previous sign
6. 18 E. 4th Street – Replace (5) front and (2) rear double hung windows
