OLD APPLICATIONS
414 Delaware Street – Café New Castle would like to present their sign request.

NEW APPLICATIONS
110 The Strand – Add small covered entrance way to side over steps. Install wrought iron fence to cover HVAC condenser.

140 E. 2nd Street – Remove and replace existing asphalt shingles and replace with new fiberglass roofing shingles.

58 W. 4th Street – Remove and replace existing wooden gate with metal gate. New gate is in the same location and is the same dimensions as the previous gate.
