A special meeting of the Municipal Services Commission will be held Monday, January 29, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the Commission’s office at 216 Chestnut Street, City of New Castle. The meeting will be to discuss Electric and Water Rate Study Preliminary Results and make recommendations on Rate Design.
