The eighth annual River Towns Ride & Festival is being converted into a recreational ride-only event for 2020 due to Covid-19. Riders will visit the historic riverfronts of New Castle, Delaware City and Wilmington, earning medals based on distance completed. This year’s ride will be held Saturday, October 3rd beginning at 9 a.m.
