Historic Preservation Tax Credits are available for homeowners and businesses. Learn from architectural historian, Kara Briggs from the Delaware Historical and Cultural Affairs Office, how you may qualify for income or franchise tax credits to restore your historic structure. Kara will discuss State and Federal programs. We encourage real estate professionals, contractors, developers, tax attorneys, accountants, and the general public to attend.
