City of New Castle Public Works Department Holiday Schedule:

• There will be a CITY-WIDE Recycle Pick-up on Wednesday, November 24th.
• There will be NO Yard Waste Pick-up on Wednesday, November 24th.
• There will be NO Recycle Pick-up on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th.
