City Offices will be closed on Thursday, December 23rd and Friday, December 24th, for the Christmas Holiday, and Friday, December 31st for the New Year Holiday.

Holiday Pick-up Schedule:

• There will be a CITY-WIDE Recycle Pick-up on Wednesday, December 22nd.
• There will be NO Yard Waste Pick-up on Wednesday, December 22nd.
• There will be NO Recycle Pick-up on Thursday, December 23rd and Friday, December 24th.

The City of New Castle Public Works Department New Year’s Week Pick-up Schedule:

• There will be a CITY-WIDE Recycle Pick-up on Thursday, December 30th.
• There will be NO Recycle Pick-up on Friday, December 31st.
