1. Discussion concerning Downtown Gateway Zoning District issues, review and possible amendments to regulate mixed use development and enhance quality of life for residents. (Council President Ratchford – posted 03/01/16.)

2. Motion, Discussion and Vote on Resolution 2016-05*; A Resolution to impose a moratorium on new land development applications in the Downtown Gateway Zoning District for 60 days, to permit review by a City Planner and the City Solicitor, for the purpose of recommending amendments to land use regulations to regulate mixed use development and enhance quality of life for residents.
