Planning Commission

Help shape your towns future! The deadline has been extended to Monday, December 3rd to take the City of New Castle Comprehensive Plan Community Survey

The comprehensive plan will translate the vision, hopes, and priorities of our residents and community members into a tangible and realistic guide for our community over the next 10 years. Your opinions and ideas will help shape this plan and create a unified vision for the future of the City of New Castle.

The survey takes about 10 minutes or less.  We greatly appreciate your help!
