Because of a sharp reduction in yard waste pickups in January and February, the City will be implementing a new yard waste pickup process beginning January 16th, 2023 that will run through March 6th, 2023.
During this time period if you have a need to have yard waste picked up at your property, you will need to call the City office to arrange for that pickup.
The service will continue to be offered on Wednesdays*, and there is no additional cost for the service, we just ask that you call the City office by Monday of each week during this time frame to arrange for your pick up.
By implementing this process we will reduce the costs of fuel and overall wear and tear of our equipment, while still providing the service to those who need it.
