PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance 537 – An Ordinance to amend the City of New Castle 2020 Comprehensive Plan and to rezone tax parcels 21-001.00-003 (7 Arbutus Ave.), 21-001.00-004 (9 Arbutus Ave.), 21-001.00-005 (11 Arbutus Ave.), 21-001.00-007 (12 Arbutus Ave.), 21-001.00-011 (3 & 5 Buttonwood Ave.) and 21-001.00-010 (7 Buttonwood Ave.) from Retail Commercial (RC) to Residential District R-2.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Room at the City of New Castle Police Station, 1 Municipal Blvd., New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the December Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
