Remove and replace in kind approx. 3” tongue and groove decking and apply solid finish. 16’4”x5’ 5”.

2. A. Vannucci – 29 E. 4th Street
Remove and replace in kind (15) 5/4×6 deck boards, 4 risers and 21’ of approx 3” railing.

3. S. Stehl – 30 E. 4th Street
Remove and replace in kind (15) 5/4×6 deck boards and 4 risers and apply solid color finish.

4. T. Truman – 22 The Strand
Remove and replace top front flat roof, A frame top shingle roof, 2nd level rear flat roof and adjoining A frame shingle roof.

5. A. Jarvis – 15 The Strand
HVAC- replace gas furnace and air conditioner per specs attached. Condenser in same location.

6. K. Koczak  – 113 Delaware St.
Replace outdoor unit of air conditioning system with new unit in kind.
