Code Red Registration
The City of New Castle is excited to debut CodeRed, the City’s emergency and general alert system. ALL Residents are encouraged enroll in emergency alerts regarding traffic conditions; including road closures, inclement weather, missing persons, criminal activity, fires, utility outages
various threats to people, property, or the environment, and more. Be sure to opt in for the communication method that will best reach you, or all of them- text, email, phone call, etc.
