The Batery Park Playground will be closed beginning Wednesday, 8/19 until further notice.

Thanks to the ONCOR Coalition – Old New Castle Outdoor Recreation Coalition- the Battery Park Playground will be upgrading to Phase II improvements with the installation of additional accessible equipment for visitors to enjoy; along with an accessible playground surface.

We are excited for the new improvements coming to the playground and are eager for them to be enjoyed upon completion of the project. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding the playground area.
