The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on:
Ordinance 546 – An ordinance to amend the City of New Castle code chapter 130 regarding buildings and structures in special flood hazard areas. (Council President Suzanne Souder Posted 4/2/2024)
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9th, at 6:45 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720. The Public Hearing will be followed by the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
