An application has been filed by Mark and Erin Chaump, (Owner & Applicant) 155 East Second Street, New Castle, DE 19720, for a property located at 155 East Second Street, New Castle, DE 19720 Tax Parcel No. 21-015.00-133, seeking a Variance from Code for Rear Setback: allowing proposed structure to extend 15 ft. 7.75 inches from the rear property line, where 25-foot setback is required.
