Roll Call Discussion of administrative matters.
OLD APPLICATIONS:
1. M. McKinnon – 313 Delaware Street WITHDRAWN FROM AGENDA
Continuation of plans.
NEW APPLICATION:
1. P. Ramone – 170 E. 3rd Street
Replace 7 existing storm windows with new white aluminum triple track storm windows. Seven on front of house and two on left side.
2. B. Whisman – 411 Delaware Street
Remove tin roof and replace w/rubber roof on first level left side of addition roof.
3. M. Miller – 32 W. 4th Street
Remove shingles from upper main roof and install new roof per specs attached.
EMERGENCY REPAIRS:
1. R. Cooch – 16 E. 3rd Street
Replace main roof with cedar shingles and a EPDM on lower addition roof. LEAKING
