Roll Call Discussion of administrative matters.
OLD APPLICATIONS:
1. M. McKinnon – 313 Delaware St.
Continuation of plans.
NEW APPLICATION:
1. D. Robinson – 53 E. 2nd Street
Replace existing front door with 6 panel wood door. Remove existing storm door.
2. S. Hannell – 409 Harmony Street
Lift and reset bricks on sidewalk and driveway to re-align and level. Existing brick pattern will be maintained.
3. D. Lamoreaux – 29 W. 4th Street
Remove 2 existing porch post and brackets. Install 4 evenly spaced turned post with brackets and bracket buddies between. Widen porch steps, install railings. Side and rear porch; add brackets and bracket buddies to existing posts all per plans attached.
4. M. Bixby – 110 The Strand
Replacement of porch panels (rotted) and new screens
EMERGENCY REPAIRS:
1. H. Gland – 132 E. 3rd Street
Remove and replace roofing w/ice shield. GAF weathered wood blend dimensional shingles.
