1. 23 The Strand – Betchel, David & Rebecca – Replace and/or repair deck roofing on 1st and 3rd floors; install fiberglass roofing system over low moisture decking. Remove and Replace wood railing system.

2. 53 The Strand – Wert, Gary – Remove a wood casement basement window at the rear of the home; replace with a 65”w and 17”t triple awning window in vinyl. Remove 43”v x 24”t basement wood window on side of property; replace with Glengery bricks. A mortar sample will be provided.

3. 118 E 2nd Street – Brooks, Cyndi & McCall, Debbie – Install a Manor Elite 10’x16’ shed in the rear yard. Demolish and rebuild room with new addition.
