Roll Call Discussion of administrative matters.
OLD APPLICATIONS:
1. Nora Lee’s Restaurant – 122 Delaware St.
Possible re-design of roof and sign on front of building.

NEW APPLICATIONS:
1. D. Shane – 46 – 52 W. 3rd Street
Relocate interior lot line for two existing parcels in order to bring 52 W. 3rd St. into compliance with the City’s current zoning requirements.
2. J. Gielow – 30 W. 4th Street
Repair and replace missing shingles and replace gutters and downspouts per specs attached.
3. W. Gorak – 14 W. 5th Street
Replace front and rear doors with wood doors.
4. R. Peden – 22 W. 4th Street
Replace leaking roof and gutter over front bay window and porch in kind. Enclose rear porch with glass windows. Replace window on left side in alley in kind.

Repair front steps in kind.

Repair sidewalk (which was torn up by removal of tree). Replace existing bricks and level sidewalk.

Replace fence between #60 W. 4th St. and 62 W. 4th St.
8. K. Wilson 138 E. 3rd St.
Install 12x 8’ shed in back yard per details attached.
