OLD APPLICATIONS:

Resolution of design of small roof over restaurant front door.
Continued from last month’s meeting. Owner was to return with a drawing of new plan. Still continued —

Returning with additional information on carriage house.

Relay front walkway with brick and install Belgian Block as tree well edging.

Replace cellar doors in garden. In kind.

Replace entire back section of roof with dimensional shingles.

Repair hinges to alley door. Repair rotten wood on screen porch. Replace rotten cellar door.

Remove existing brick sidewalk, level and relay bricks.
