New Castle Neighborhood Plan Open House

New Castle Library Community Room
The City of New Castle Planning Commission is beginning work on a neighborhood-focused update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan. It has prepared maps and a draft list of issues and opportunities for each neighborhood in the City.
Please join the Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 5th anytime between 6:30pm and 8:00pm to review work completed so far and to tell us more about the history and needs of your neighborhood. This meeting is an open house format, so plan to stay for as long – or short – as you like!
