An application has been filed by Marty Mellinger, (Owner & Applicant), P. O. Box 289, Yorklyn, DE 19736, for a property located in the R-1 Zoning District at 112 Brylgon Avenue, New Castle, DE 19720, Tax Parcel No. 21-004.00-026, seeking a variance from City Code Chapter §230 30 foot front yard setback requirement so as to allow a proposed dwelling nineteen (19) feet from East Thirteenth Street right of way line.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
