The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an update on the dike restoration projects and a review the historical context and findings to date for the City of New Castle Dikes.  Attendees are invited to provide comments as part of the Section 106 Review of the dikes.

Cherie Clark (DNREC Cultural Heritage Program) will present information regarding the criteria for eligibility for the National Historic Registry, marshland reclamation and property development as it evolved through time, transportation, physical attributes and other features and uses.

Cherie Clark and Craig Lukezic (Delaware Historic Preservation Office) will be available for Q&A following the presentation.
