An application has been filed by Twin Spans Business Park, LLC (Owner) and the New Castle County Vocational School District (Applicant) under City Code Section 230-25 relating to a property located at 500 Ships Landing Way, New Castle, Delaware, Tax Parcel No. 21-008.00-001 seeking a Special Exception to allow a school (the Delaware Skills Center) in an I (Industrial) District.

For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
