Van Buren Street, Wilmington, DE 19805, (Applicant) and Family Foundations Academy, 1101 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19702 (Building Owner), and Trustees of the New Castle Common, 201 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720, (Property Owner), for a property located at, 1101 Delaware Street, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 Tax Parcel No. 21-010.00-072, zoned Residential – R3 seeking a Special Exception from Zoning Code per §230-57B to permit use as a day-care center pursuant to §230-187B(4).
2. An application has been filed by John Di Mondi Enterprises, 300 West Seventh Street, New Castle, DE 19720 for a property located at, 300 West Seventh Street, New Castle, Delaware, parcel number 21-014.00-396, seeking a special exception to permit the expansion of an existing self-service storage facility use in the Downtown Gateway – DG zoning district; and to permit construction of a 6 foot fence and gate on the property located in the Downtown Gateway District known as 300 West Seventh Street, New Castle, Delaware, parcel number 21-014.00-554.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
