NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

An application has been filed by Delmarva Power (Applicant), seeking a Special Exception under City Code Section § 230-38 B. relating to Public Utility rights-of-way and structures, to permit the installation of a natural gas transmission line within the right-of-way for the New Castle Industrial Track Trail, a portion of which lies within the City limits of New Castle.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
