NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

An application has been filed by 508 South Street LLC, (Owner), 104 Bentley Lane, Greenville, DE 19807 and Brandywine Valley SPCA, (Applicant), 600 South Street, New Castle, Delaware for a property located at 600 South Street, New Castle, Delaware, Tax Parcel No. 21-014.00-390, seeking administrative review of the City Building Official’s denial of a building permit to erect walls enclosing space within the existing roofline at the rear of the building on grounds that such enclosure would result in an expansion of the existing structure in violation of Zoning Code §230-21.1 E (1).

For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
