An application has been filed by Marty Mellinger, (Owner & Applicant), P. O. Box 289, Yorklyn, DE 19736, for a property located in the R-1 Zoning District at 108 Brylgon Avenue, New Castle, DE 19720, Tax Parcel No. 21-004.00-025, seeking a variance from the 20 foot aggregate side yard referenced in Attachment 1 to Chapter 230 of the City Code to allow an aggregate width of 17.5 feet.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
