An application has been filed by Delmarva Power and Light Co., Mail Stop 79NC45, P.O. Box 9239, Newark, DE 19714-9239, for property located at 1220 Wilmington Road, tax parcel number 21-004.00-099, seeking a Special Exception to permit the use and the expansion of an existing electrical substation.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
