Old Business:

1. articles for 2025
   1. finalize focus for this year
2. information from New Castle Senior Center regarding new health care provider
3. discussion related to Article II of the City Code to develop recommendations for updating to the City Administrator

New Business:

1. Discussion with and presentation of CORE Program Deputy Director Kim Jones, Peer Specialist CJ Colburn, and Chief McCabe
2. Consider survey of residents to guide work of Board of Health
3. Information on a statewide survey might be used for this purpose
4. Discussion related to annual report to City Council. Feedback from members needed.
5. Bird flu update
6. Possible participation in Attack Addiction 5k on 3/1/2025 and National Night Out in August, 2025.
