The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance 542 – an Ordinance to Amend Chapter A236 Affirmative Action – A236-1 Intent and A236-3 Promotion of equal opportunity programs to eliminate discrimination. (Councilperson Zeltt posted 10/3/2023)
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 6:45 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720. The Public Hearing will be followed by the October City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
