PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on:
Ordinance 553 An Ordinance to amend the City of New Castle code and establish Chapter 222 Financial Matters, Chapter 222, Article I regarding the establishment of a Budget Stabilization Fund and Chapter 222, Article II regarding the establishment of a Capital and Infrastructure Fund.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, at 6:45 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720. The Public Hearing will be followed by the May City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
