PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on:

Ordinance 560 An Ordinance to Amend the City of New Castle Municipal Code, Chapter 230 (Zoning Code), Regarding Home Occupations in the Residential District R-1 Zoning District.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the December City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
