PUBLIC HEARING

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on:

First reading of Ordinance 562 An Ordinance to Amend the City of New Castle Municipal Code, Chapter 230 (Zoning Code), Regarding Board of Adjustment Hearings.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, at 6:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, 400 South St, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the February City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
