New Business:
The City Council will meet and will potentially vote to enter an executive session for discussion of the following topics:
- Pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§10004(b)(4) and (6), to discuss collective bargaining;
- Pursuant to 29 Del. C. §10004 (B)(9), to address personnel matters.
Following the executive session, the City Council may vote on any matter discussed in executive session.
