New Business:

The City Council will meet and will potentially vote to enter an executive session for discussion of the following topics:

1. Pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§10004(b)(4) and (6), to discuss collective bargaining;
2. Pursuant to 29 Del. C. §10004 (B)(9), to address personnel matters; and
3. Pursuant to 29 Del. C. §10004 (B)(6) and 29 Del. C. §§10002(o)(17), to address security of municipal structures.

Following the executive session, the City Council may vote on any matter discussed in executive session.
