Come to Delaware Street  between 4th & Jessop’s Tavern for Music Night in New Castle for Arts & Music sponsored y the New Castle Art Council.  This unique event is free and open to the public and includes several “buskers” (street musicians) and art vendors who will perform and offer their wares for sale on City sidewalks abutting Delaware Street between 4th Street and Jessop’s Tavern.
