The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on:

Ordinance 543 An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 230, Zoning, as it pertains to marijuana related businesses. (Posted 11/28/2023)

Ordinance 544 An Ordinance to Amend Article V Supplementary District Regulations 230-28 Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements Section (A)(15) in a Downtown Gateway District; Subsection (a) Parking Requirements for specific uses are as follows – [5] Apartments. (Posted 11/28/2023)

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday December 18, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. at the

Community Room New Castle Police Station 1 Municipal Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the December Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
