PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on:
Ordinance 550 An Ordinance to Impose a Moratorium on Large Apartment Structures.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. at the
Community Room New Castle Police Station 1 Municipal Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720. The Public Hearing will be followed by the October Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
