PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on:

First reading of Ordinance 562 An Ordinance to Amend the City of New Castle Municipal Code, Chapter 230 (Zoning Code), Regarding Board of Adjustment Hearings.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 23, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Room, 1 Municipal Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720.  The Public Hearing will be followed by the February Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m. or immediately after the Public Hearing has ended.
