Help Initiative to Begin in Dobbinsville today, Monday, 10/14

We are looking forward to the Help Initiative team visiting Dobbinsville and beginning the Lights On Delaware Strong program there today.  With the support of the Mayor and City Council of the City of New Castle and the City of New Castle Police Department, representatives from the HELP Initiative will be going door to door throughout the City to offer their services to residents for the Lights On Delaware Strong Program. Installation team members will be knocking on doors and placing door hangers on doors to provide you with information of their services. The HELP Initiative team members will replace outdoor light bulbs with energy efficient dusk to dawn LED bulbs. If you do not have a light fixture installed, the installation team can install a Solar Motion, LED Flood Light which is implemented by the HELP Initiative. This is a voluntary NO COST program.
