MSC ASSISTING CUSTOMERS AFFECTED BY COVID-19 

During these uncertain times, the Municipal Services Commission (MSC) has suspended any disconnection of electric and water services and are waiving any new late fees for customers affected by COVID-19. Customers who are having difficulty making payments should contact the MSC’s Customer Service Department at 302-323-2330. The suspension of disconnections and late fees will continue through at least May 31, 2020. 

In addition, to these measures the MSC has contributed funds to the New Castle Cares Fund at the Salvation Army in order to provide financial assistance to individuals who need assistance paying their electric and water bills.
