Please join Senator Nicole Poore, Representative’s Melissa Minor Brown and Frank Cooke, New Castle City Council, City Administration and Staff, ONCOR (Old New Castle Outdoor Recreation) Coalition members and our kids as we cut the ribbon on the new playground equipment.
