Rain Barrels

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          As presented by the City of New Castle City Council and the City of New Castle Flood Resiliency Committee, the City is coordinating with RainBarrel.ca to bring Rain Barrels to the City of New Castle.  Rain Barrels are offered at a subsidized rate as supported by funding from The City Of New Castle and The Trustees of the New Castle Common.

The $33.40 Subsidy is limited to 1 per City of New Castle household and the pickup event will be held at the New Castle City Wharf located at 1 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720 on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, with home deliveries commencing after the event and continuing daily until completed.
