Delayed Opening 2/12 & No Yard Waste Collection

As inclement weather and dangerous driving conditions during the morning commute persist, the City of New Castle Administrative Offices will have a delayed opening at 10 am today, February 12th, 2025.

Thank you to all for your patience as Public Works crews have worked diligently to plow and salt the City this morning to ensure all roads are clear. As crews continue to ensure the roads remain clear, there will be no yard waste collection today and will be collected as crews are available next week.
