1. BOA 2026-3: An application has been filed by Marie A. DeSeta, (Owner & Applicant), for a property located at 22 Hewlett Ave., New Castle, DE 19720, Tax Parcel No. 21-007.00-247, seeking approval from the Board of Adjustment per §230-9 (A) of the City Code to enlarge an existing nonconforming structure whereby the enlargement does not increase the extent of the nonconforming situation to allow construction of a rear addition to the existing residence.
