NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

An application has been filed by Buck-Kennett III, LLC (Owner), 1300 Deemer’s Landing, New Castle, DE 19720 and Cellco Partnership/dba Verizon Wireless, Inc. (Applicant), 512 E. Township Line Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422 for a property located at 419 West Ninth Street, New Castle, Delaware, 19720 Tax Parcel No. 21-014.00-500, seeking a Special Exception from the City Zoning Code §230-25.1, to place telecommunications infrastructure on the roof of an existing building.

For the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
