NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Applicants Robert & Dorothy Colburn, 153 East Second, New Castle, DE 19720, have filed an appeal pursuant to Section 230-55 of the City Code seeking reversal of the Building Official’s determination that the right-of-way running parallel to Second Street behind property located at 155 East Second Street, New Castle, Delaware, Tax Parcel No. 21-015.00-133 is a “street” rather than an “alley”.

For the purpose of considering this application/appeal, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in Old Town Hall, 2nd Floor, located at 2nd and Delaware Streets, New Castle, Delaware.
