AGENDA

Roll Call Discussion of administrative matters.

OLD APPLICATIONS:

1. Nora Lee’s Restaurant – 122 Delaware St.
Possible re-design of roof and sign on front of building.
Continued from April 17th meeting

2. James McKinnon – 313 Delaware St.
Returning to discuss the demolishment of garage and rebuild new garage.

NEW APPLICATION:

1. Linda Ratchford (President of Council)
Introduction of architect, Certified Local Government Application and National Alliance of Preservation Commissions.

2. K. Wipf – 221 Harmony Street
Install wrought iron fence and gate from left side of house to fence.
Possibly returning with new gate design

3. J. Lloyd – 6 The Strand
Repair/Replace rear shed style roof, stucco around base of structure, repair broken 3rd floor windows, R/R rotted wood around several windows and doors.

4. R. Coates – 242 E. 2nd Street
Blacktop driveway per specs attached.

5. DeAscanis Homes Inc. – 225 E. 2nd St.
Demolish existing dwelling. Re-subdivide from (1) 20’ lot and (1) 27’ lot to 2 lots each 23/5” (move common property line 3’). Construct 2 new semi-detached dwellings each 20’ wide.

6. G. Schnieder – 50 W. 5th Street
Replace back entry porch with wood deck. Replace chain link fence with wood picket fence. Repair/replace damaged sidewalk sections across front and down side on Tremont St. in kind.

7. W. Cramer – 9 E. 2nd Street
Remove 48’ of existing wood fence and replace with 5’ high western red cedar fencing.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS:

1. J. Day – 114/116 Delaware St.
Make several repair/replacements to outside of Jessop’s Restaurant to include replacing two rear windows, repair masonry, soffits and gutters on rear of property. Repair or replace missing siding on rear of property.
